Chief Homman has dedicated over 30 years to the fire service, building a career rooted in leadership, professionalism, and service. He began as a volunteer firefighter before joining the City of Whitehall Fire Department in 1995, where he rose through the ranks and retired as a Lieutenant.

He holds certifications as a Fire & Emergency Services Instructor II, Fire Safety Inspector, and Live Fire Instructor, and currently serves as an instructor with the Ohio Fire Academy and Insight Fire Training.

A proud military veteran, Chief Homman served four years in the Air Force and six years in the Army and Army National Guard, including deployment during Operation Desert Shield/Storm.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Kris, and their family.

AC Mosley began his fire service career in 2001 as a volunteer with the former Utica Volunteer Fire Department, where he developed a strong commitment to serving his community. Through years of dedication, leadership, and experience, he was promoted to Assistant Chief in 2026. Proud to live within the district he serves, AC Mosley is always ready to respond to the call and continue protecting the community he calls home.
