How We Work
Work Process

Respond
Members receive an alert of your emergency. Members on station respond in the appropriate apparatus as more members respond from home to bring more equipment to your emergency.

Assess
Members arrive to your emergency and make a plan of action whether is be a medical emergency or a threatening fire. Members take immediate action to ensure the best outcome for everyone.

Next Steps
Members will assist you in determining the next steps. Whether that be transport to a local area hospital, making arrangements to receive higher level of care, or calling for support from local departments to ensure your family is as safe as possible.
